I'm Rose, an online business manager. I work with founders and creative businesses that have more moving parts than anyone is currently managing.
Thirteen years of doing exactly that, across health systems, education, and creative businesses. I figure out how it should work, then I make it work.
Book a discovery call Free, 20 minutes, no pitch. That's the job. That's what I do.
Book a discovery callA VA does the tasks you hand them. I decide which tasks need doing, then make sure they happen.
Running the day to day. Priorities, projects, vendors, and follow-through, so you stop being the bottleneck.
Client onboarding. Kickoff to confident customer, built once so it happens the same way whether or not you're in the room.
Systems and documentation. Your process out of your head and into something anyone on your team can follow.
Executive support. Inbox, calendar, notes, travel, and the recurring work that gets dropped first.
We run three brands with one team, so things fell through the cracks constantly. Rose took multiple projects with hundreds of tasks and built a system we can actually execute against. Now we're working on the strategy of the business instead of living inside the day to day.
Every business I've worked in has been built on somebody's expertise and reputation. Speakers, coaches, musicians, consultants. I know what's at stake when the back end doesn't match the promise out front, and I know how fast that costs you a client.
I currently work with two clients. Bri Wells, who is building three brands at once, including Wornflower, a matcha cafe in Coeur d'Alene. And the co-founder of Grouped, a platform helping independent musicians build community and recurring income. Before that: client activation at Leadr, a speaker coaching company, keynote engagements at 10X Stages, and operations for a company holding several client businesses at once. Earlier still, seven years at MultiCare Health System, where I was promoted four times.
One job underneath all of it: figure out how something should work, then make it work.
Running on something else? I pick up new tools quickly. Most of this work is judgment, not software.
